Ed Morse Honda Service

My maintenance light went off on my car and I called for service. Tomas answered the phone and was very professional and courteous. He got me in the same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was ready. The driver is also wonderful and a very safe driver. Tomas then explained everything the services to me and I was back in my car quickly with no charge. I appreciate everyone who works there and have never had bad service, from purchase to oil changes. Thank you to all the hard workers!!

Brought my car in twice, first time was incredible, I shocked. I somehow ripped off splash guard and they repaired it FREE! Yes I said free. Who does that🤷🏻‍♂️ Second time went in for major repair, if it weren’t for parts not being available for 3 days (plus weekend) I would’ve given 5 ⭐️ But yeah, very pleased with this dealership.

In the past, they've been hit and miss. This must recent experience was a complete miss. The upselling is annoying, but I get it. When I brought my car in there was a coupon for 15 dollars off. But in light of the impending sale, they took the coupon off of their website. Ok... the last day it was valid was the day I was supposed to pick up my car, but they needed a part so I couldn't get it until the next day. Not only do they not honor the coupon but without saying anything in advance they track on a 3% charge because I didn't pay with cash. And the older lady behind the counter was pretty short about it. The work has usually been fine, but that experience makes me never want to go back and even give the new owners a chance.

I went in for an oil change. The service staff is outstanding 👏 The waiting room is nice and comfortable. The waiting time is reasonable. I have gone there for years and have always had great service.

This place is perfect. I had an appointment and they took my immediately. Carlos was very informative, kind and professional. Waiting area is quite comfortable as well. There are coffee and water.
