Long story short this place is completely unprofessional, underprepared and has no follow through. My wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle, made the deal and everything and they said they would need to keep the car for a week or 2 to reevaluate and recheck maintenance since it was a used car. We leave and get a call 2 days later saying it’s going to cost more to repair the car than what it’s worth. Over the span of 2 weeks they neglected to contact us to go back in a look at other vehicles or to rectify their wrong doing. We go in today to try and find a new car and possibly even trade in my wife’s car for a truck and they STILL could not find us a car or make a deal. When speaking with management they refused to acknowledge they’re wrong doings of not having maintenance check the used
