Best customer service experience on the eastern seaboard. If Oprah needed collision work done, she'd have it done here. Ask for Mev. He's the Polaris of the customer service cosmos. They did amazing work repairing my car after an accident. They reached out immediately after I filed the claim with insurance and had great customer service. Communication was awesome and my repair was finished two weeks ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car, it was freshly washed, vacuumed, and spotless on the inside. I would definitely recommend if you need a repair or body work!

I was given a written estimate exceeding $3,000. The final bill was just over $1,000. If I had an honest estimate upfront I would not have involved the insurance. Be VERY aware that they charge you 3% if you pay for anything with your credit card but they do not tell you upfront. They even told me it was a new policy that came into effect after I dropped off my car. I had many updates from them and even phone calls, this was never mentioned. Everyone is going cashless and Ed Voyles is going back to the 90's wanting you to write a check. No thank you. There are other dealerships. I do not recommend.
