Our son purchased a used Ford, about a week and a half ago. We’re not talking a $5-10,000 vehicle. We’re talking a $45,000 vehicle. Day 6 of having said vehicle, it was over-heating. My husband reached out to the dealership where he got no help At all. Basically he was told there was no warranty and they wouldn’t fix it. Is this the kind of business you want to do business with? A business that could care less about you, once the sale is over? The man my Husband spoke to was rude and I can assure you….we will never do business with this dealership. Careful where you choose to Spend your hard earned money.

My 2022 Chevy Colorado was taken to Edd Rogers Chevy dealership for scheduled maintenance. Upon my arrival I was met by both service advisors to confirm maintenance to be completed! Maintenance was completed in a timely manor and the service advisors kept me informed of the progress of the work on my vehicle. Very good experience!!

We contacted a salesperson there about a used vehicle for sale that we saw advertised. 2 different salesmen called me and my spouse back several times about 2 different vehicles. We only had an interest in one. We tried to set up a test drive on that one. My spouse said he saw where they allow home test drives so he tried to set that up with them. The salesman agreed to it to come to our house on a Sunday when their business is actually closed. I heard him say 12 noon. We waited several hours for him to arrive and he never arrived. We tried calling him but with the dealership closed on Sundays we couldn’t get thru. We did leave messages on a chat on their website and on the Facebook messenger. Great place had my car serviced employees were friendly and helpful prices were reasonable and they did not try and push anything on me. In and out in reasonable amount of time.

Guy in parts dept is very rude and makes you feel like your an inconvenience. Will not ever buy a thing from this dealership.
