Horrible!! Absolutely disgusted! Took our car in to get an alignment, from the lift to the parking lot the ball joint fell out. *Note reason its there was because it had work done to it including new ball joints* *Hense the need for an alignment* They refused to help fix it claimed they didnt have the time. He apparently took on a project he shouldnt have already okay whatever. On our way to get tools to do it ourselves, trying to avoid the tow bill because they wouldn't help us. Our mechanic called in and complained at them to fix it. Well bruised ego and all they do, but between the time us leaving and coming back they broke our driver's side door handle. Car was in for an alignment. After the alignment was told the new ball joint that was just installed fell apart on the way to the parking lot. Then refused to even take 5 minutes to pop it back together when he was the last one to work on the front end because "I have other customers" am I not a customer??? Then also discovered the exterior driver door handle inoperable upon picking up. 0 STARS

These guys were freaking amazing! Was traveling through when my tire was going flat. Pulled in without an appt, they took me right away, identified the problem (screw), and had me back on the road in 10 minutes! Friendly, kind and professional!
