I had a great experience at Steve Shannon today. They worked me in and got me back on the road in less than a hour. Can't say enough about the service. When I first called the shop the guy was great with me. And the guy at the counter that checked me in was great too. I can't say enough good about the shop. They just got a new customer for life. Thank you for the great service! If you are traveling from 322 its about 3 miles off the highway to the shop. Definitely highly recommend them. Thanks again !!

Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable about tires and assisted me with purchasing a set of general tires. I’m very happy with the service they provided and their new showroom is very clean and modernized compared to the previous owners dirty area!!

Dustin is very courteous and professional, and researched and ordered the tires I wanted quickly, and gave me all of the pricing details up front. I feel it was a reasonable price for my tires. All of the staff seemed polite and friendly and they welcomed visitors immediately as soon as they walked in. The office space and waiting areas are very neat, tidy, and clean. My appointment went quickly, and I am very pleased with my new tires. I won't hesitate to recommend this business to my family and friends.

I got a new set of 35" General Grabber AT/X for my truck. They did not have them in the shop but were able to get them delivered the next day. The price for the tires in the store were slightly better than advertised on their website. Make sure you either stop in or call ahead before buying online. Unfortunately, the install process took much longer than expected. I arrived at the store just before 12pm and I didn't get out of there until 2pm. I'm used to getting a set of tires in less than 45 minutes. Apparently, of the tire machines they have there, only one machine was capable of handling the tires. If you have larger tires, it may be best to drop the vehicle off and come back and pick up later. Overall. A good experience thus far.

Took my truck in for inspection, was told I needed the parking brake hardware and shoes replaced. During the work was told there were chunks of metal in the rear differential and they weren’t sure they could do the job without replacing the rear end. They replaced one side of the brakes and while trying to adjust the parking brake supposedly snapped all the parking brake cables to the tune of $800 on me. Told them to work up a price on getting the truck repaired properly and almost a week went by with no word. Went today to pick up the truck and they charged me the full cost of the brake replacement even though they only completed one side. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward if this is the quality of work and service I can expect from them.
