Take 5 Oil Change

Had a good experience here yesterday morning. Both workers were super helpful and communicated like actual humans, and not pre programmed corporate bots like the world is forcing upon us presently. Oil change was definitely higher end on price, but it didn't have to be...I elected for the better. Told them immediately I wasn't interested in any extra services, they respected that, and I did end up adding an air filter later because I wasn't pressured. Anyways, cool people. Good service, and love that I can go back for next 90 days for free top offs

Great experience at Lewistown Take 5! Jessica was awesome! She was knowledgeable, competent & compassionate! I called her on a Saturday evening only 5 days before Christmas & explained my vehicle problem! She told me to come on in & reassured me she would take care of it! She has superb customer service skills & explained to me everything she was doing! It didn't take long & she had fixed my vehicle problem! I would rate Jessica a 10+ on a 5 point scale! She's awesome! Wonderful service!

Jessica and Ryan did an amazing job on my truck. Super polite and friendly service. They were efficient while being friendly at the same time. Is it weird to look forward to your next oil change?

We did not have to wait. Work was double checked, they appeared to do a good job, I was in my car so I couldn't watch. Employees were professional and polite. I would go there if I wanted an oil change and not wait days for an appointment.

My daughter greatly appreciated the friendly service. One note from me (Bob Moreland, owner of the car): as my daughter had accidentally overfilled the oil, thinking it was low, I asked her to stop in at Take 5. The last oil change had promised free rip-off of the fluids. It would have been nice had they let out a little and topped off if needed. Instead, they charged $120 to completely change the oilwhere we had paid less than $80 for the previous oil change, less than a month prior.
