I was looking for a 2025 Husqvarna 300 Heritage edition and had seen Edelman's in Troy NY had one. I had talked to the owner Tim on Marketplace and he said he had one left. I was on the fence to get it because it was over a seven hour round trip for me to go and get this. Well after a couple of days debating about this, I ended up calling and talking to a gentleman named Cody. I gave them a deposit over the phone so I wouldn't miss out with someone else buying it. I could not believe the deal i got on a new gas gas for 1, 2 the ease of navigating the pre qualification ,quickness of the response. 3 the finance application was very easy to fii out. 4 the response to application was very quick. 5 had paper work ready for signing . 6 had bike ready same day. 7 very helpful and kurtious staff made this the easiest bike purchase by far and couldn't be more happy. I dont really write reviews but this dealer deserves six stars. The day we did the deal was their open house and it was very busy but Matt still made me feel like I was the only customer there. Amazing customer service! And the little "problem" we did run across Matt went above and beyond to fix it! If I decide to stay with Polaris snowmobiles I will be back.

Purchased a 2025 KTM 300 SX from here and the process was as smooth as you could have asked for! Plus, deal was good enough to drive there from New Hampshire during a snowstorm. When I showed up Andrew had all the paperwork prepared along with making sure I got the extra air filter cover along with other miscellaneous parts! Even made sure I didn’t leave without a sweatshirt. Once it was time to get the bike loaded up. I was greeted by Ryan who could answer any questions or concerns you might have on KTM’s and I’m sure any other bike or sled sold here! Due to being a snowy and slippery day, Ryan lended a hand getting the bike into my truck, even shoveled the snow away so the ramp got a good grip. Was a pleasure doing business and looking forward to doing more in the future.

Very helpful staff. Purchased KTM Powerparts hand guards and oddly enough one of the mounts never received bolt threading during the manufacturing process. I returned back and after inspection, Nick P. took care of it no questions asked and gave me a new set. Had I bought these online, it would’ve been much more difficult trying to get it taken care of. New to the area and look forward to doing more business there!
