I’ve been bringing my car to Edge Car Wash for a while, and what keeps me having my membership and utilizing this location is Patrick, the assistant manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. What stood out from day one from the original car wash down 610 to the new location across from Walmart by the Stafford Market Place. Exceptional customer service: Patrick greets you with a genuine smile, listens carefully to what the customer needs. He knows most people by name. This new set up is niiicceeeeee.! Extra parking space for when you need your doors open and the spray bottles and towels are at every parking spot. Very convenient. Spoke with Michael Ragland and he was a great conversationalist and very knowledgeable about edge express and their locations. Made my experience easy and quick. Glad t have a closer car wash to home finally.
