The founder Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Having my air suspension installed there i came across some issues afterwards, however all of their work comes guaranteed & are able to fix any errors they come across. It's difficult to find reputable formidable folks who keep their end of the bargain. I highly recommend this place for their out-standing & honest work. Check out the photos attached. 10/10

I brought my e63 AMG to Up Down because a previous owner had cut the stock exhaust off from the cats back and replaced with straight pipes. The stock rectangular tips were also replaced with round ones and looked odd. The noise from the exhaust was loud and unpleasant, especially on long drives. I asked Kimberly for stainless steel replacement tubes, correct tips, an x-pipe and a couple of resonators to calm things down, but make the right noises when accelerating. She knocked it out of the park! Kimberly understood what I was hoping for. So, she found stock style tips, stainless pipes, resonators and an x-pipe. The installation is clean and the welding is nothing short of beautiful. The exhaust now sounds refined like a European sports car, but with plenty of bark when my foot is planted

Needed some exhaust advice and work, every shop around town told me to drop off and won't look at it the same day. I came to this shop took me in got exhaust work done and tried to diagnosis my issue and advice. Very helpful and knowledgeable definitely will be back again in the future! :)

Outstanding service, expertise, pricing and old-school feel...not necessarily in that order. Recently had some performance mods installed on my daughter's car. As my daughter is into turning wrenches and learning the A-Z on racing, performance, etc, the shop basically put on a class/tutorial while doing the work. You just don't find this type of shop anymore. We'll be back for more work that we/she can't do herself. Great job Kim!
