Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ll start with the practicals: great customer service and I got what I needed to get (oil change, tire rotation and alignment.) without haggling of add ons or other charges/services. Professional and kind staff that answered phones within reasonable time and service was done in a reasonable time. No complaints here. Ok, now onto customer experience storytime for the nobody that cares: I had a lovely experience at this store personally. The employees were fantastic and amicable. The store was clean and smelt like fresh car and tires (since it’s a new store that’s to be expected, but still wanted to note the cleanliness.) I had a wonderful conversation with the store manager, Joe, and just wanted to note that it says something to me as a customer to see the store manager vacuum and sweep/t

Replaced all four tires and purchased lifetime alignment. Joe and Chris were professional and courteous. Quality work, no upsale and price point was excellent. First time in a long time I felt a win-win as a customer. Much appreciated!

This new Firestone is by far the best Firestone in the area they did not try to upsell me on the little things or try pushing or persuading me into making purchases I did not want they definitely hold themselves to a higher standard everyone is respectful and honest I have enjoyed doing business with this Firestone and look forward to bringing my other vehicles here. I went in with a flat tire. The intake at the store was quick, they kept me abreast of the status of the repair and the cost. I was called as soon as it was done and picking it up was also quick and easy. The customer service here was excellent. I will happily return to this store.
