Ed's Tire & Automotive

Love Ed’s tire pros. Been going here for years, for some odd reason today 5/23/24’ seemed just a little different to me. Needed an Oil change, and A tire to be looked at. 7:30am doors opened, in line, and the 3rd person to check in. Not sure how the prioritizing goes but to wait 2 hours and my vehicle still wasn’t taken to the back was kinda weird. Just politely asked for my keys back, I’ll try another day, or just another place in general. Great Business but today just wasn’t Great!

These guys are great. Very professional. Having problems with my motor, took it in first thing and by afternoon they had diagnose the issue and given me a really fair quote for repairs. I'd been referred to them by a few co-workers and glad I followed their advice. I had decided against repairs, and they were really helpful, didn't charge me for looking at the car and even let me leave the car in their lot until I could make arrangements to move it. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Had a few minor things to fix on my spare vehicle that I've not used for about 8 months. Told me about a 2 hour wait. It was less than 49min before they had my vehicle in the back. Told me what all was wrong before they started to make sure I was ok with it. Very fast and friendly staff. I am not being bias here but I always come here just because of the professionalism and communication with the customers. I recommend anyone with tire needs as well as any minor vehicle fix. Thanks for taking me in without an appointment and being so fast about it.

Professional courteous & friendly staff. Service was very swift. Will return for further auto needs

These people need to learn to communicate stayed there from 9 am to 1 pm for an oil change and tire rotation and yes I bought tires from them . Tried to ask the mechanic a question and he blatantly blew me off he needed to see someone outside never came back to talk to me. Finally at 1 pm I ask how many vehicles were ahead of me and was told 3 still? I just ask for my paperwork and left since i truly felt like they had no desire to service my car or deal with me at all . If there business is so good they can ignore people and just be rude , thank goodness they are not the only tire store around, definitely my last trip to Ed's
