Nice place, friendly staff. I had a good test drive. The car was just not a color I like. Negotiating on used car prices seems to be a non starter today. Unless you find a car in low demand (sedans) and/or one that's been around for awhile, otherwise dealers just look at the list of similar vehicles for sale, and asking prices, like at KBB, and price accordingly. Usually you'll get only "Trade in" value for what you own, and that will leave the dealer with a "nice" profit when they sell your old car. The real profit for dealers is in used cars, and service. Typical new cars have slim margins since they are "common" and easy for dealers to get more of. If they have what you want, a good place to visit.
