Upon showing up, I liked the look & layout of the Facility. Was greeted by their friendly staff right away by Vince, he & the rest of the staff made my experience seamless & smooth. Vince was very attentive with me. Was considerate of what my needs were. Didn't shy away from what I wanted & kept me within budget, preference & accessories. Felt like I was talking to a buddy about bikes. Long time rider & an outstanding member of the community. Vanessa the GM was an amazing help too, making sure we got the best deal! Hands down best experience I've ever had at a Harley-Davidson dealership. Not only did they have the bike I wanted also in the color I wanted but they put a hold on it for me as it took me a week to get a ride down there. This shop is about 150 mi away from my house. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. I have a ton of good things to say about this place not just the fact that they gave me a free t-shirt and a full tank of gas they also installed some accessories I needed for the trip home on the bike at no charge. I would absolutely buy another bike from them and recommend all my friends and family shop here. The one and only downside I have is the bike did not come with a manual. Traveled all the way to El Cajon Harley (from Menifee) to purchase a bike and received the best customer service! From initial contact via texts and phone calls ... Sebastian, David, Vanessa, and Eric ... everyone there is awesome. The numbers were exactly what we agreed upon via texts and phone calls. They were transparent and honest. We are extremely happy with this transaction and would definitely do business with them again.

ECHD has always taken great care of my bikes for over 20yrs! Had my ‘08 Road Glide in last week & Mike in service took time to walk me thru every detail, recommendations and very helpful advice for changes I want to make. Tech showed me his work in progress and eased my mind of all the repairs. Bikes back on the road and I’ll be back in the saddle soon!!
