I am clueless about fixing cars. So if I go to a mechanic I expect the mechanic to be honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a local shop. I took my vehicle to a different shop because my engine light is on and my car is shaking and slowing down while driving. I needed a catalytic converter so it was replaced. The other issue of shaking/slowing down was because of my tires according to the shop (Benny’s). Fast fwd, my car is still slowing down, shaking, battery light is on and now making a horrific noise. Take it back to the same shop to get checked. They tell me I need a new engine $4,500-6,000 estimate. What?! Apparently, they turned it on, heard the noise and said I need a new engine. Benny’s shop didn’t even bother to look under the hood! Thank

The guy Showed up late, his guys showed up late and took another 20 mins to get my truck on the rack, wanted $440 just to replace muffler and cut back a bit and weld pipe, I asked how much for everything. He asked almost $1k. Bro, you have a pinch bender and asking the price of an after market corsa damn near when Iam supplying the muffler and tip. Also said it would take 6-8 hours. Went somewhere else and $180 done deal and was out in 1 hr from start to finish.

Excellent place to go! Someone had drilled into my Nissan Frontier's fuel tank a number of times, causing me to lose fuel. Eddie and his team were great, they were able to plug the hole and keep my tank from leaking. It's still holding solid almost 8 months later! Highly recommend them as most other places I looked into wanted to charge way more just for help with the patch. They also gave good quotes on replacing the tank, too.
