Just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer there that I love. They got me in a new SUV within a couple hours It's now March of 2024, all I needed done was my rear brakes (because I definitely drive heavy footed), I knew I had an issue with my exhaust, which I couldn't afford to fix at the same time. This man Rick who runs the place had someone pick up my truck at work, a good 15 minutes away, dropped it off. When I started it up I Immediately realized he fixed my exhaust, my brakes were perfect again, and the noise under the hood was gone. I don't even mention anything but the rear brakes to be fixed, he did this job for the price of just the labor for fixing the exhaust that meineke gave me. Very dishonest people. Bought a car there and after 9 months the frame cracked. Rick didn’t want to help out with anything. Told me to go through my insurance. I also bought diamond warranty of them. Warranty was 1695 for 3 years. I only had the car 9 months so was supposed to get back 66% of 1695 which is 1118.70 minus 50.00 cancellation fee making it 1068.70. Told me he had a check for 920.00. When I told him that isn’t what Diamond Warranty is saying I should be receiving he refuses to give me a copy of the check. Very disappointed in the 2010 Mercedes c300 that cracked of rust after 9 months and the dishonesty in the warranty issue that I’m still dealing with after the car has been gone fore 2 months. Beware

I purchased a car in June. Car engine light came on a day later. I reported the engine light to the Rick. I requested a repair. Week after week I was told that they have no time to fix it but to call in a week. Finally they took my car and gave me a loaner. After a month goes by I’m told that the mechanic has no idea what’s wrong. They didn’t even fix the minor problems. I’m so disappointed.
