VERY happy and slightly surprised by the excellent job done at Elite Auto Care. I called yesterday to see if they had any availability to service one of my work vans. The blower motor worked when it wanted to. Fortunately and surprisingly, Elite said if I could get my van dropped off they could at-least look at it the next day. I dropped the van off in the morning and within a couple hours received a text message explaining the issue and the plan to fix it. They also brought up a couple other items that were wearing and recommended fixing those. They weren’t “pushy” at all and just gave me all the options. Spent almost 4 k in this place , accidentally forgot my coupon for the discount on my repair at home and would not honor it, even though I told them I would be using it at check in, coupon does not even say it has to be present at bill paying, Never again , it’s amazing what people will do to actually try loose customers and all of a sudden they will be out of business. People don’t forget., I’d never do something like that to my good customers. Richard
