I came in for a routine oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. What really stood out was that they took the time to thoroughly check my vehicle and caught another issue before my warranty expired. That saved me a lot of stress and potential cost down the road. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

They are great and trust is earning and I trust Noah at Q star and as long as the oil change specials are cheap,I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles there and also I referred my brother there and aswell has my nephew. Great place.

Did not have a great experience. Bought the black Friday gift certificate for 5 free oil changes. Came in as a first time customer. When it was all finished I noticed the cars engine was the wrong one listed on the receipt. I was assured the engine was filled correctly drove it home and measured the oil with the dip stick. It’s almost a quart low. I was charged $40.81 for my “free” oil change and $50 for a tire balance and rotation. Won’t be back to this shop.

Noah was very receptive and responsive.Additionally he assisted with a tow to his shop. He paid attention to our request making sure to review his findings with me prior. I recommend Q Star Auto Repair to those who want great service.
