Been going to Rum River Auto on and off for over a decade. They are always clear and provide great pricing. Was amazed they could fit me in same day for a tire patch and even drove to pick me up after my tire was fixed. Awesome customer service!

I recently brought my truck into Rum River Automotive for a strange lighting issue that had been giving me headaches for a while. I knew going in that it was a weird, hard-to-track problem, but I wanted to see if they might have better answers or a fresh perspective. Right from the start, Tom at the front desk was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to what was going on, explained their diagnostic process clearly, and communicated updates throughout the entire visit. His professionalism and patience stood out immediately. They were extremely upfront and honest about it. There was no runaround, no guessing, and no unnecessary charges. I brought my car in for an alignment. They were very honest about the the reasons they couldn't do the job and were more than happy to tell me exactly what needed to be done in order to come back and get the alignment done. Not pushy at all just very willing to help. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles back to this shop in the future!
