I’m always worried going into shops as a woman because I don’t want to get ripped off. However I had a great experience here! Calling and setting up an appointment was so easy and the lady on the phone was so kind! When I arrived Kevin was great! He was kind, professional, and very informative about everything! I really appreciated how comfortable and straightforward the whole experience was! I’ll definitely be back!!!

My son lost his life in a car wreck. Elite towing came and towed the car. They held the car for a week and half before 1st class mailing bill for $900 for tow and storage fee. Let me mention that for one we have a rollback ourselves and cld have towed the car. Secondly we live a 1/2 block away from where the wreck happened. Elite towing cld have towed it to my house for $25 instead of doing. What they wanted to make more money. They can have the car and ill gladly give them the title and the keys. No compassion or heart was shown for my son passing. They should be ashamed of how they are running their business.

Came down to Tennessee short noticed and needed an oil change. Kevin was able to schedule me the following day with out a problem. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need German repair or maintenance in the area.

Bought a used Mini F55 with 38 Kmiles and 10 years old. A little hairspring broke inside the depths of the Auto Shifter mechanism which although drivable, had nuisance warnings constantly. I messaged the FB page on a Sunday and expected a reply Monday, maybe?, but was shocked to get a message back from Sean who said he might have a spring in stock! Got scheduled for the repair, drove 55 miles and arrived late afternoon. What a surprise to enter that shop, it was like a Collectable Auto museum with bright lights and super clean.
