Elk Rapids Tire and Alignment

Swapped from summer to winter tires on my Nissan. . They were fast and courteous. A cost effective and convenient alternative to going to Traverse City.

Rich took care of my wife's sporttrac which needed tires. An appointment was not available prior to her departure, but a cancelation and Rich remembering her trip called and took care of vehicle. That was greatly appreciated and I will be back with fusion sport for new shoes

Overall excellent experience. There was a little miscommunication at the beginning between me, the front office and the technician working on our trailer but once we all got on the same page, it was all good. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you, Randy!
