Charged me a fair price of $55 to be towed less than a mile and stored my car overnight A week later my car was impounded and was charged $125 for the same distance and $65 a day for storage. Elk Rapids police said there wasn't an impoundment. So Ken decided to kick a man when he was already down. But being the only game in town you're stuck. Glad I'm a firm believer in "what comes around, goes around".

Rich and Dave worked beyond the call of duty to fix my RV. Everyone here is very helpful and considerate. It took three days and Rich the owner was not afraid to get his hands dirty. They overcame the challenges.

We had an accident Tuesday evening, this provider was dispatched to the location. It took them nearly 6 hours to arrive and when they did they took it upon themselves to tow our vehicle back to their drivers personal residence. Instead of where we had asked him to take it because it was late at night. I just spent 2 hours locating our vehicle for the appraiser because the man I spoke to on the phone had no recollection of ever completing services until confronted with the truth. I asked him several times if he thought that his decision making with our personal property was appropriate and he continued to lie and talk down to me. Also, stated the vehicle arrived Wednesday morning and after being in contact with our body shop we’re now finding out it actually arrived Thursday evening. When
