Bought a used car and paid cash. Signed an AS IS contract. A week after I bought it there was a problem and it wasn't a small one. I was panicked. I called the office, was told to bring the car back. I got there , he looked at it and said " kim this is my problem, not yours I'll fix it". I thought it would take at least a week but it was fixed in 3 days! He told me if I had any more issues in the months ahead to let him know and he will help me. Now, I know that doesn't mean that I have a free mechanic, but I do know that Darrel has my back. I am an older single mom and it is such a relief to know he'll be there if I need him. He is a man of his word, I trust him, and I know I bought the right car at the right place! Thank you Darrel and Amanda! I LOVE my SUV!!!👍

Very poor communication from salesman while trying to get some final details and set up an inspection when they said the truck was already at a Toyota dealer for whatever reason prior to having a vehicle shipped. Eventually he stopped responding altogether. Left voicemails at the main number and still no call back days later.

I told them what I was looking for and they found it for me two days later. Wonderful customer service.
