We had quite a bit of work done here!! They were very good and upfront with everything... Would definitely take our vehicle back there for sure!!! Thanks Guys...

Took my car in for an oil check. Afterwards, they said that I need a new battery and air filter. Cool..how much? They quoted me $500 for a battery and $40 for an air filter. When I asked why so much, was told that that's what my car needed. Nope to both services. Went to a competitor in town and got both done for $202 and it was done in an hour. I feel like OK was trying to take advantage of me for being a female. It bothered me so badly, that I went back to speak with the Mgr about it. He said that my car needed that more expensive one due to all the options I have on my car. My Escape is probably just a step up from a base model though...either way, I appreciate the pil change but definitely feel that they are taking advantage of ppl, especially females. I won't be back.

I don't recommend them, they're incompetent. Go somewhere else for your alignment. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and when the day arrived, they just told me, "Sorry, the guy who does alignments won't be coming. We can schedule you for next Saturday; it'll be free." Dude, I don't care what you charge, I need the job done. I went back, and they told me they only do one alignment per day. They're good for nothing.

Had an appt @ 9am for front wheel alignment. Ended up needing two front tires. Quoted 484.00 for everything. Pick up 430. 430 comes, I call said tires just got there and didn’t have time for alignment. I needed my car so I had to take back with two new tires and no alignment and paid 340.00. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
