Extremely unprofessional & no communication. Scott had my car for 3 weeks. After repeated phone calls and messages left with no return call, I went to Lang to retrieve my vehicle. His brother gave me my vehicle and proceeded to inform me that his brother is not organized. Against my better judgement, my wife asked me to try Lang Automotive again. Scott promised he would call the next day. This time Scott had my car for a week. Today I went to pick up my vehicle. It was still parked in the same spot we dropped it off in. Scott was rude and unprofessional. I told him I plan to give him a bad review due to my experience. His response was: It's fine I have plenty of customers. WOW!

Back of the book version is zero communication, many excuses and delays, another shop diagnosed my problem and fix it in 2 days. Now for the main story, I broke down in Wauchula, I had it towed to Lang's because they had such high ratings on Google. The truck sat without even being diagnosed for 19 days. Over the course of 19 days I drove out in my other vehicle three times just to speak to someone. I told the owner after several days of no diagnosis that if you could not do it I would have it towed somewhere else no problem. He assured me that he could do it. Two weeks later zero progress has been done. Called dozens of times and every time of work day no answer. So if you have something simple you need done like an oil change maybe brakes, something simple perhaps this is a good shop. If
