Had my truck break down near Bridgeport and they towed it to my mechanic without any issues. The whole process was smooth and the cost was very reasonable.
The dispatcher was polite and helpful, and the tow truck arrived right when they said it would. Everything about the experience was professional.
The worst company ever saw.They always say we are going to send you tow truck in 60-90minutes but it is totally lie.After 13 hours waiting they made new appointment for 11 am.even at 11am they didn’t send any tow truck.After promised to send tow truck the next day.So i agreed to cancel it.Because non serious company .Always offers you to cancel your order and in that case you will be charged 90$ fee for no reason.So don’t pay them nothing.Also they will offer you to make deal with other company and you will be charged your amount +200$ .Until they will tow your truck police will tow your car for leaving unattended.
