I can’t say enough good things about Elvis. Their mechanics were fully booked, but they still worked my car in because my daughter had an appointment for an injured back and I really needed help that day. They even gave me a ride home (about 1.5 miles) so I didn’t have to sit and wait all day — above and beyond. This isn’t a one-time thing, either. On a previous visit they fit me in the very next day, noticed a wheel that was wobbly, and fixed it before it became a bigger safety issue. They consistently focus on what’s safe and necessary, not upselling. Everyone is friendly, kind, and genuinely cares. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that’s this thoughtful, reliable, and safety-focused. I trust them completely and highly recommend them.

Great place with great people. I went in on a whim to see if I could get my oil changed, and they were so busy, I had to make an appointment (great sign! We love it when businesses are busy, it generally means they are good, and in this instance, they are good), and beyond that, I talked to some of the guys there for awhile and they were very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back in the future, and I highly recommend them. Also, as an aside, they were very fairly priced, I was shocked by it, and I learned that they use the best quality filters you can get on the market, as well as very good oil. They truly just want to do a good job. If you're thinking about trying them out, just do it! You won't regret it!

The folks at Elvis auto have time and time provided the earliest availability, quickest turnaround time and best price! Always ask about specials or check the website and don’t forget to ask about the cash price!! They are good about working with you to save cost when possible. Hands down, they are best to work with in the Grand Rapids area.
