I stopped in today because I realized my headlight was out. I had one remaining bulb from a double pack I had purchased previously, and since it was getting dark, a gentleman changed my bulb very quickly and was extremely polite. I’m so grateful, as I’m not strong enough to remove it myself! Thank you for offering this service to your customers. In my opinion, employees should be allowed to accept tips—no tax on tips!

I had to fix up my jeep this morning. Came to this store and was not disappointed. JJ helped me find the parts I needed, got me the tools I needed plus some extras I needed due to the different size bolts used. JJ and his staff deserve all the praise. I only want to come to this store moving forward.

Liv was lovely! She was very helpful in replacing my headlights, and patiently walked me through how to do it myself. All with a bright smile and can do attitude that made my day!

Came in last week to pick up new wiper blades. Was first thing in the morning and I have to say I couldn't have started my morning better. Who would have thought my auto store visit would have started my day so wonderfully. This is all because of the incredible service and all around joy from JJ who I believe was the manager. He was efficient, helped me install the blades. Moreover, he showed me how to do it so I am confident to do it on my own next time. His overall attitude was just contagious. Thank you to JJ for starting my day off on the right foot.

Neeed and engine light check. JJ was an awesome start to the morning. Bright and great communication. He was happy and that was nice , especially when dealing with a car issue. It’s nice to have happy, upbeat, customer service. Thank you JJ.
