I’ve brought my car in a couple of times—once to fix my headlights, and most recently for several repairs including an air gasket issue, a valve leak, fluids, and a serpentine belt, just to name a few. Each time, Emilio and his crew have been incredibly efficient and fairly priced. They only took about two days to get the materials and complete the work, which was impressive. Emilio was also communicative each day in providing updates on my car after providing the quote. On top of that, my father recently had his brakes done here, and Emilio and his team did a spectacular job with those as well. It’s clear they take pride in their work and treat customers honestly. I highly recommend Emilio’s Autobody Shop for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced auto repairs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I was stranded in CT Friday night. Saturday morning I called ahead and clearly explained my situation to the mechanic, including the check engine light and a lean condition code. He told me to bring the car in and said he’d run a diagnostic smoke test to find the issue. He mentioned there would be a one-hour labor charge for that, which I agreed to. I dropped the car off that same day Saturday morning. He said he’ll check it out and let me know. The shop never called me with an update — I had to call them myself, hours later towards end of day, only to be told that he’s “still working on it” and that he’s not a hybrid specialist (?). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After going to more than 5 shops about my brakes and AC, I came across Emilio’s garage on-line. I called and right away he answered my questions, was extremely helpful, the shop is clean and the work was done quickly and with fair pricing. Emilio is very pleasant and easy to work with. I have had my oil changed, new front axles, and an A/C compressor for my 2015 Forester. Fair pricing and quick service means I will continue to come back.
