Emmaus Car Wash

Nice to have in-town but not quite ready for prime time. If you have a crew cab, long bed truck like me, entering the wash will require repositioning to get straight-on. The was is a bit hazardous from there as the pre-wash spray will coat your windshield as you're trying to position yourself in the wash. Once the machine started, I didn’t get a wall of foam, more like a stripe! It did nor cover the entire width of my truck or flow much at all down the sides. The soft touch isn't so soft and easily felt it jarr the truck. The spotless rinse is way too short for a long truck. Once out of the wash and parked to inspect the job, my rear window was just as dirty as when I entered, the tailgate too, along with my wheels! I paid for the premium wash and feel I paid too much. Paid for a wash, wash didn't work. Like did not turn on. $15 drive through a barn. There's a phone number posted for help. It was out of service. Might be a great wash. I'll never know, because I'll never go back. As has been stated, there are too many great car washes nearby to bother fooling with this one.

Update: Someone made the effort to dry my car better at the end and fix my mirrors which was a nice gentle touch to the wash As mentioned in previous comments, the car didn’t get fully covered with the cleaning product, just thin streams of it; For the same price, other car washes have covered my car completely with multiple products. The rinse and air dry time was super short for the premium option I chose. At minimum, it should be 10 seconds longer. My car was still soaking wet after the dry. The vaccums etc were at an additional cost understandably since the wash itself was on the more affordable side.

I was washing my brother car and left my mat not noticing someone from a towing company not be specific took my mat the owner/ attendant(Randall) was very helpful on checking cameras and getting the person’s license plate from the vehicle that took my mat and it was returned without having to proceed to any legal proceedings against the towing company or driver Thank you again Randall you’re such a great person !

Custormer service was fantastic! Great family service and I now have a favorite car wash I’ll be visiting again soon! I went there today after my car had been parked for days under a tree with sap and many birds… They were very friendly and helpful, making sure that the car was sparkling clean before leaving the car wash.
