Parts and Service team is top notch. Better pricing than most online retailers and great communications. Have purchased numerous parts and serviced several of my Nissans at this location. Their alignment equipment and techs are some of the best in town and can handle low / sports cars no problem.

I always have a great experience at the Empire Lakewood Nissan dealership. They are thorough and efficient. All the staff is nice and helpful and the waiting area is so nice, clean and allows me to work while I wait.

We have had several oil changes? Biught tires and had a couple brake jobs done by Empire's team. We have worked with Dawson in the service department this past year and been pleased with his communication, honesty and timeliness. Prices are on par with other places and we have experienced quality service.
