We had a great experience at Empire with our salesman, John. Low pressure, informative, and made us a great deal on a motorhome.

I am giving two stars for several reasons. When we purchased the RV we dealt with Chris. Chris was very nice and we had a good experience purchasing our new RV. When we arrived to pick it up the plate we needed to haul the RV did not fit Our new RV empire was unable to assist us in getting a safe option of how to take ownership of our RV. We were able to pull it home. it was very nerve-racking and scary. I feel like Empire should have made sure that we were equipped to carry our RV home before we arrived there to pick it up. Once we got it home, we have encountered several different things that I feel like should have been identified and addressed when the pre-check by the Empire staff was supposed to happen. We were not told prior to the purchase of this RV that we had no keys to any of t

Good people and trust worthy . Nick was a man of his word . We’re happy with our DRV . We wanted an older nice unit and got just what we wanted and the price was more than fair.

The staff are very helpful! Chris made the buying part easy, and Kevin was very thorough in his walk through. The price was fantastic as well. It's definitely worth the drive if you're serious about buying an rv. They also sell boats and trucks.
