Excellent Customer Service! I was very pleased with Megan and Billy’s attentiveness and communication through the process of purchasing my new truck with Friendly. I live 4 hours away so I needed to get the deal all but done prior to even seeing the vehicle and Megan was responsive throughout the process. As soon as I got onsite, she there to greet me and continue her excellent customer service! Once I was handed off to Billy to finalize the deal and sign everything, that level of care was maintained. We did everything over the phone and had it delivered 2 days b4 xmas. He loved it, I had a easy pain free experience, while I cleaned house, cooked and wrapped presents. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!After the first month of having bought the truck the ac stopped working again. And I say again because they “fixed it “ before we left the lot. Now the ac stopped working again and now the truck leaks transmission fluid. Now of course how convenient they want us to pay the deductible and pay for the rental.
