Take 5 Oil Change

Great service! I did have to wait a little longer than expected due to the vehicle in front of ne gavibg issues with their Vin number registering. But once started on my Infiniti; it was a pretty quick process . The assistant manager is very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. I also was able to get a $25 off coupon prior to arrival by calling customer service. 10 out of 10!!

I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change this past Saturday. The technician was incredibly attentive and friendly, walking me through every step of the service. They took the time to explain what they were doing, showed me the fresh oil before putting it in, and even displayed the new air filter that was replaced. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Great service from start to finish—I’ll definitely be returning!

I’m not sure where to start. But here goes……. I feel like the price was too high. I brought my own oil, oil filter and 2 fuel filters and the cost was just over $200. I was there for approximately 20 minutes. That is basically charging $600 an hour for oil change and fuel filters being changed. Then once I returned to work I found my rear fuel filter was leaking. I returned to the shop and one young man verified it was leaking. I pulled into a bay and a different young man was looking at my filter and said it residual from the previous filter change or water from washing my truck. I said no is definitely leaking. I was requested to pull further into the bay, by the young man in front of my truck. Causing me to almost run over the other person under my tire. The the technician that inspect

Everyone is so friendly and professional. They share their knowledge and helpful tips on things my vehicle needs, such as new filters etc over all 5 stars. I do however miss the days they checked your washer fluid and tire pressure!

The bill came out to almost $200, and when I asked if there was any coupons that could help with the price… It looked like it was out of his way to try to help me. It is convenient and it was fast, but the customer service could do with a kick
