The cover is high-quality and fit the truck very well. I am disappointed that there is no antenna hole, though it really bends and puts pressure on my antenna quite a lot.

The latest one I received is custom form fitted to the make of the car and it fit perfectly The prices are very comparable if not better than most places and the materials used are good to very good, depending on what style or what your covering The warranty is what prompted me to purchase from them, and I can tell you first hand that everything they say about the warranty I true, they replaced 2 of my covers already with very little effort on my part, and the original invoice number , had a new cover in a matter of days!! This is the cover for indoor use. It is not soft cloth material, and it has been on the car for a few weeks now. Still all wrinkled Almost like a paper product. There is also these white specks of something that is on the material and is landing on the car. It does wipe off. Not made by empire covers. Was expecting a better product

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made a warranty claim on a grey boat cover that had lost its waterproof abilities in the Florida sun. They didn't have any grey in stock and asked if they could send a blue one as a replacement, I said yes. It worked, but got the interior of the boat too hot. A few months later, I asked if the grey was back in stock and requested it to replace the blue one... they shipped it out the next day! They always respond to emails and are so accommodating! I am a lifetime customer now!

After a very disappointing experience with other covers from two different companies,I found the best one at Empire! The cover fit my Chevy Avalanche well and I like the grey color. The fabric is not too reflective,it repels water and is lightweight enough to maneuver by myself. The straps that are built in seem sufficient for most weather and I only added one additional bungee from the kit to the center of the cover. Since we have been experiencing bad weather,I just wanted extra security, but the 2 built in straps work well.
