Nick and Jay are an awesome customer service team. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My problem was unexpected and absolutely stressful. They gave me their undivided attention along with their patience as I asked a lot of questions . They definitely have both problem solving and customer relation skills. I was recommended to them by a satisfied customer. Because I am a satisfied customer I will also be recommending them, to others. Also I have not found a group of workers, who sign you in when you enter the garage with such upbeat and beautiful spirits. They sat a beautiful tone!

I got my oil changed and I was also having a problem with one of my tires losing air. They took care of the oil change and did a checkup on my other fluids and filters. They found a nail in my tire so they ordered me a replacement right away and took care of it the next day. They did a great job!

This is my 2nd Kia I purchased from this location starting year 2005. The service center attendants have always been polite and professional. At one time or another I had to take my car(s) other places but always come back here. They give me the impression that they care about my car.

Khadijah is terrific at Matt Blatt’s Service. She explained everything and is very personable and on the ball. She even helped out when my portable charger for EV wasn't working properly.
