Fred Beans Acura of Abington Service

My car was on the recall list, so I called immediately. The customer service representative who assisted me was named Laura, and she said I could bring the car in right away. Upon arrival, the manager who helped me was Robin, and she was very patient and thorough. I was able to pick up my car in about a day. The repair department also washed my car and carefully checked all the issues. Their team did an excellent job, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

My brother brought my vehicle in today for what we thought were battery issues. The manager who called him was disrespectful and told him that if my vehicle had so many lights on, we should have specified them. We're not mechanics; I didn't know what those lights were for, that's why we brought the vehicle in, not to have my brother be talked down to for bringing a vehicle with problems into the shop.

Arrived at 9:30 AM and was promptly greeted and checked in by Robin. She explained that in addition to the oil change a change of cabin and engine air filters was recommended. I took her advice. I waited and the work was done in about an hour. My RDX and I left happy.

Thank you so much, Steven Snell! I really appreciate your great service and you are an incredible person I am glad you were able to provide me with a smooth and helpful car service experience. If not because of you I will not get my car done on time. We look forward to working with you again in the future! I brought my car in for it's yearly inspection. Service was good. So glad they didn't add repairs in order to pass inspection. R McCarthy provided superb customer service. I gave 4 stars because it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment and by the time of my appointment I had already received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker. I wish my car had alerted me or the dealership had sent some kind of notification by email.
