EMS

Was smelling something burning from the engine bay, and went to multiple mechanic shops in the area and no one even came out to look on it, EMS were the only shop who looks on it and gave us answers, wonderful customer service and I would recommend any one in the area to visit EMS.

Made an appointment a week in advance, called the shop to update them on the state of the vehicle, Mechanic decided it was no longer worth their time. Cant speak for their work, but this was a huge waste of time for me.

Jeff and his team always get me processed and fixed up quickly. Very reasonable prices too. Smooth and professional.

Jeff and Steve here are great and honest mechanics. I have used a number of mechanics in the area and throughout the state over the past 20 years and none of them match up to the service I get from EMS.

These guys are the BEST! SUPERBLY TECHNICALLY PROFIENT, but with an old school work ethic and commitment to first class customer service. They are not "part swappers" until they stumble onto the solution. Instead, they are technicians who are able to analyze, diagnose, identify, then FIX the problem. Tried the rest, these guys are the best!!!!
