En-Tire Car Care

My tire split in half on a road trip! Out of the 7+ locations we called, En-Tire was the only place able to help. We were back on the road in under an hour. The customer service was so good it rivals calling your dad for help!

I would like to address the issue with their scheduling and time management. I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and arrived on time, but after waiting for nearly three hours, no service had even started. When I asked about the delay, they simply told me to either wait longer or make another appointment and come back later. I ended up wasting almost three hours of my day, and there was no proper apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. This clearly shows a serious problem with their responsibility and time management.

My low star score is specifically regarding a phone call I had with one of the employees. They told me to bring my car in but apparently got really busy throughout the day. I would've been OK with a call saying "we couldn't get to your car can we keep it overnight and work on it tomorrow?' but instead no one called so as it neared closing time we called Entire. The employee I talked to was very rude. He told me they were very busy and when I tried to ask more questions he said "let me say this again" then he said "don't call us we'll call you". My car was still there when the shop closed. The next morning we went to Entire and retrieved our car. The employee acted like he couldn't care less he just lost a customer. My go to place for tire/wheel issues great rates, quick service. Even had a noise coming from one of my suspension components took it in and turns out a bolt was loose they tightened it for no cost! It’s a place you can trust. I will definitely keep coming back for future service.

I was recommended this place by an acquaintance, and unfortunately this fell far below my expectations. I initially placed a request for a quote for a tire alignment, and received an email letting me know that I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I didn't hear back for multiple days, so I sent an email inquiring again about the cost of this service. When I scheduled the appointment, the man on the phone was helpful and got me scheduled right away. When I went to take my car in at the scheduled time, I was informed that their alignment machine was broken, and they had no estimate for when I could reschedule.
