Endless Clean Car Wash

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. I went there for a quick car wash today and my car was damaged due to their faulty car wash line. The truck in front of me got stuck in the line and my car was pushed into his. We were all in neutral and it was clear to me this was the car wash’s fault. Matthew immediately went on the defensive and tried to blame first the truck driver and then me. At one time he told me I should have hit the brakes when their signs clearly say leave it in neutral and don’t press the brakes. Also there was no way I could see the vehicle in front with all the soap water and brushes in my line of vision. They never cared to apologize for the horrible experience or empathized with my situation at all. I’ll see them in court soon. Don’t take your car

Just went through Endless Clean Express Carwash and had a great experience. The wash itself was quick, thorough, and left my car looking spotless, but what really stood out was the customer service. Manager Joey was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in how the place is run. You can tell he cares about customers and his team, and it shows in how smooth and efficient everything feels from start to finish. Definitely one of the better express washes I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back and recommending Endless Clean to others.

First the good: The vacuums are no extra cost and POWerFULL. The NOT so good? 1) An attendant asked me for a review before I had even finished vacuuming, much less experienced the auto-wash. 2) The menu was WAY too small to quickly understand which option included the under-vehicle wash (which was the only reason we needed a car wash in the first place). As a result, I had to go to a "Self-service Car wash" and soend another $2 just to make sure I had all the salt and sand rinsed off the undercarriage. Give people from out of town a larger menu or keep both "non-member" lanes open so I can take my time reading the menu without holding up the car(s) waiting behind me. You asked for your review. Here you go. Do better.
