I can’t say enough good things about J&C Automotive. The ownership here is top-notch and it really shows in the way the shop is run. They’ve worked on all of my vehicles—a BMW and two Ram trucks—and every time the service has been spot on. Turnaround times are always quick, prices are very fair, and the quality of work keeps me coming back. I’ve always left completely satisfied and confident in my vehicles. J&C is amazing and they have literally the best customer service i have seen in years. Great and fair place to have your vehicle worked on. Encountered an issue with my car while visiting Galveston. Very attentive, kind, honest people. Thankful I chose their shop.

My 17-year-old daughter was on a day trip to the beach with a friend when her car started having (she thought) a recurring issue on the way there. We made her an appt to have it checked, and Juan was incredibly helpful and honest. He looked over the car quickly, reassured her that everything was fine, and told her it was safe to drive home. He didn’t charge her for the inspection, which we really appreciated. Great service and integrity!
