I gave them 5 stars BUT, that’s only because 5 stars is the most they offer. This was probably the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff, and excellent customer service. The vehicle had just been freshly washed before pick up, and the interior looked and smelled new. Highly recommend, even if its just to run around the island for the day.

My truck was in need of repairs which left me without a vehicle. I called Galveston Island Car Rentals and spoke with Billy. I was stressed about the cost of my repairs and the cost of a rental. He was so kind and patient with me. Literally, in 10 minutes, I was in a rental vehicle. The price was so reasonable, definitely less expensive than Enterprise and so much easier.
