This was my first time using West Chester Autobody Inc. My insurance recommended them after my car was involved in a serious accident. The job was handled in a very professional and courteous manner from beginning to end. They kept me informed by phone, text and email about the cars progress. The car was finished at the time promised and the company did an outstanding job with the repairs. Very impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. I was at all times treated with respect and kindness. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company to others.

I've never had to use these guys however, they had good reviews, were close by and were a preferred shop for my insurance. I haven't needed a repair shop for quite sometime knock on wood. These guys did a superb job on my car. I will definitely recommend, do not hesitate great great work!

Definitely the only place I will ever take a car to have repairs. They are amazing and take a lot of pride into fixing your car and doing a really good job. Mike is incredible at communication, lets you know every step of the process, what to expect and incredibly accurate with timing of when things will come in and when it will be completed.

Mike was great communicating, very impressed with the work that was done!!! Initial time frame was 2 weeks before they could get to it, but they was done with it within 2 weeks!! Highly recommend! Thank you guys.
