I’ve been doing business with Paynter Tire for years, and they have consistently taken great care of me. Most recently, they helped me with tires for my BMW, and I couldn’t be more pleased. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They walked me through all the options, gave me a true comparison (regardless of their own incentives), and helped me make the best decision for my car — not just their bottom line. In the end, they actually saved me money, and I absolutely love the tires I chose. It’s rare to find a business that combines expertise, integrity, and long-term customer care the way they do. Took my vehicle in this morn because my wippers were stuck in the on position. They were just frozen up. They unfroze them for me for no cost. Im blessed to have these good people to take my vehicles to.

I had been looking around for a place to replace my control arms along with an alignment. Every other shop in both Winchester and Lexington quoted me $700-$950 for parts and labor. Paynter Tire & Auto quoted me far less than the other shops. They are also extremely professional and polite! Would highly recommend!

I had hit a screw while driving to work, I called Paynter and ask if i could drop it off and pick it back up at lunch. Aaron said yes and called me not even 10 mins later and said my car was ready! He was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great service.
