I recently purchased a car from Rachel. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Rachel was informative, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the transaction. I would have given five stars; however, I did have to take the car to be inspected myself, which was an inconvenience. In addition, when I followed up about the gas she had agreed to provide due to purchasing the vehicle, she stopped responding 😕 Overall, I still had a positive experience and would consider purchasing from them again. 🙂
