Joe Black's Auto Repair

I recently contacted Joe Black’s Auto Repair to get an alignment for my car. The first time I called, the representative was dismissive and hung up on me before I could fully explain my needs. When I tried calling a second time, my call went unanswered. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, and I can’t help but wonder if my accent and background played a role in their behavior. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend reaching out to them or wasting your time.

I came here 1st time. They are faster than I expected. And explain very detail about my car. I like them !!

My family and I have been going to Joe blacks for over 25 years and during this time they have been amazing. They are always very thorough and patient with us. Many times I have called Ryan for help, with no notice at times, and he has never turned me away. I would give them a higher rating than 5 if I could.

They identified the issue—something so minor they didn’t even charge me to fix it. Ryan at the front desk took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through what to expect if the light comes back on. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. For comparison, a neighboring shop had quoted me $180 just to look at the car. Joe Black's has definitely earned my business—they seem trustworthy and moving forward are now my go-to for any vehicle needs.
