I had a great experience at John Brothers Automotive. I needed a car lock swapped out and got a very fair price. Friendly service and explained my options before I agreed to get the work done. It ended up being less than what they quoted! Honda wanted $190 JUST to look at it - no way. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I highly recommend John Brothers. Ask for Steve.

Overall good experience. Took my corvette there for some electrical issues which were fully repaired. Very happy with the service and price.

We literally just walked out of the place and the person who attended us was the rudest person in the world. I am literally stuck out here in Philly from the Poconos. I am on my way home and my car starts making a weird noise and I can’t go faster than 40 mph. We walked up to the attendant did not even let me speak all he kept saying he was at capacity and could not help me. The tells us to go around the coroner, there are many gas stations. To think I picked him because of his reviews.

I wish all the other previous salespeople I've purchased cars through were as easy and enjoyable to deal with.
