I purchased a 2023 Elantra in September from Duluth location. After a week I noticed that the bumper on the right-side wax missing clamps and was sticking out. Another week later I found another issue, the black railing on drivers' side was missing some clamps too. The dealer told me to take it to Pep Boys. Pep Boys did not fix the bumper correctly. The paint where the clamps go on bumper is chipped and looks terrible. I was told that I may have to use touch up paint myself. I paid a lot of money and use this car for my military duty. I should not have to fix issues myself, these should had been found and fixed at inspection center. I was told to take car to dealer last weekend, Nov 15th.
