Mario was EXTREMELY helpful!! We ran into a few minor things and he smoothed them over with out anymore work for my family!! HIGHLY recommend this location for all your needs!! Super quick for answers and on top of things! Would definitely recommend!!!!! Mario made sure we got our minivan for our family vacation!! Can’t wait for I use again next year!!!

I needed to rent a car and arrange to be picked up unexpectedly and with very little warning time. I spoke with Alex Deitch in the Absecon location and he immediately arranged a car rental as well as a pick up time that was in less than 30 minutes. I was picked up as promised by a man named Alan who greeted me with a warm smile despite having to come at the last minute and deal with snow filled roads. His kind manner and personality made the ride very enjoyable. When we arrived at the office, Alex went over everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the rental car. Both Alex and Alan were incredible and they completely turned a stressful situation around. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism.

Excellent customer service but my car had several mechanical issues (false low tire pressure alerts and the battery powered key fob didn't work) . Would still rent from here again due to the excellent customer service.

I’ve rented from many places but none compare to the level of service we received during our rental experience. From the day we landed we were warmly greeted and checked in. We were given a couple choices for cars and were on our way to begin our adventure. We received a call the day of the rental cars return to verify the return time and to check if we needed any additional time. When we arrived Alex greeted and help us check out. Overall it was a fast and easy process with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when dealing with a rental car agency! The car also perfect was well maintained we had an amazing and safe trip thanks to our reliable car and we received warm and spectacular customer service from Alex and everyone at enterprise!

What made my experience so exceptional was definitely the manager. I believe his name was Alex. Excellent customer service and I appreciated that!
