Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This has got to stop. I mean seriously. How are these multi million dollar businesses still functioning when they can't perform the most basic of their functions. Gone are the days of simple basic human decency and customer service. 2nd time we have had to come to this Enterprise and they seem to always be short on inventory even though they literally have another lot across the street at the airport. Thank you Nathan (the flipping branch manager)!!!! For the worst experience and also if anyone else wants to see what you can expect when you visit them..... this is the vehicle they were going to give me smelling like a pack of menthol 100s and a bag of Fritos.......

Enterprise was founded by a Navy Vet so it’s always my first choice. This particular office was staffed by friendly folks who got me situated in an 8 passenger suv that I liked very quickly. The pickup process was seamless and the night drop worked great too. I’ll absolutely recommend this location to anyone who’s looking to rent a vehicle.

My experience is only to the fact that my vehicles have been totaled and insurance has paid for my rentals. Note the employees are very nice and willing to accommodate if possible. However the vehicles we were given are definitely not something I would have been happy with had I had to pay for the rental. Every vehicle except 1 smelled horrible inside whether it was cigarette smoke, cigar smoke or animal urine. The windows all had to be cleaned inside and out for good visibility. And the Chevy Malibu was damaged horrible along with the Mitsubishi mirage. Malibu had a check engine light come on as well and with low mileage it just shows the quality is sub par. Obviously if I had to pay for these vehicles I would have been very upset. But I didn't so I sucked it up. Next time I rent 1 on my

Just before Thanksgiving, our car broke down, got towed, and left at the shop to fix. However, not till Monday though because of the holiday. We Booked & Reserved using Avis Rentals-that place is a joke-I don't recommend. BUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the CREW at Enterprise in Alcoa!!! We were off and driving in no time, with a great car, at a great deal with Excellent Customer Service...and we were Walk-ins 😆

I had an appointment 2 weeks in advance for them to pick me up from the body shop at 4pm. I called at 3 pm to let them know that I would be at the body shop in an hour, as I was told to do when I made the initial appointment. “Okay, we’ll see you there” I was told. At 4:25 no one had shown up so I called to make sure they were coming. “Oh yes, he’s on the way to you”. At 4:45 I called again and was told “he got stuck in some traffic on Alcoa Highway” and I replied “Really… 45 minutes in traffic” “Well actually he kinda got a late start” she said. So finally at 4:59 the guy showed up. I kind of had an inkling, so I asked the guy I said “I’m guessing you left when I called the first time at 25 after four”. And the young man replied yes, that’s when they told me to leave and head your way.. S
